Cookies & Cocktails Colab

So, I work at Zana where everyday is fun and full of colour.


A few months ago we did a little colab shoot at The Conservatory in Franschoek with Lindie Meyer and Laura Mitchell Cake Couture and I was given the opportunity to do the food and drinks side of the day.



We (us Zana girls make all the decisions together) decided to go with a simple but visually impactful snack and cocktail. So I made a Peach & Apple Bellini and Chèvre, Avo, Radish & Micro Herb Toasts.


Both were super yummy and besides for making great photos, were good for snacking whilst we were frantically running around The Conservatory, armed with tassel garlands and confetti cannons!

Colab shoots like this are great for generating original content for all parties involved, and they are just SO much fun!
